摘　　要：目的探讨监测-培训-计划(MTP)模式与临床路径在前列腺摘除术中的干预影响,促进该病种围术期预防性用药的合理性。方法回顾性调研前列腺摘除手术病历45例作为对照组,研究组100例应用临床路径及MTP模式实行管理。结果研究组的平均住院天数、平均住院药品费用、平均抗生素使用费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用临床路径及MTP模式对前列腺摘除术患者围术期用药实行管理,可提高围术期抗菌药物使用的合理性。Objective To explore the intervention influence of MTP（monitoring-training-planing） mode and clinical pathway in benign prostatic removal operations and to promote rational preventive application of antibacterial drugs for peri-operation.Methods 45 cases of benign prostatic removal patients in medical record were retrospectively investigated as control.100 cases were managed by clinical pathway and MTP mode as study group.Results The mean length of stay,drug costs and antibacterial drug costs in study group were lower than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The management which clinical pathway and MTP mode were applied in preventive use of antibacterial drug for peri-operation can promote the rationality of antibacterial drug and quality of medical service.
