摘 要:以BJ-17、BJ-18、M-001103个甜高粱品系为试验材料,对不同浓度乙二醇(PEG)处理下甜高粱幼苗的质膜透性、叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛等生理指标含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:渗透胁迫下甜高粱幼苗的质膜透性增大,叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛等含量升高。3个品系相比,BJ-18耐渗透胁迫的能力最强,BJ-17次之,M-00110最差。为甜高粱抗逆栽培和品种选育提供理论依据。In this study BJ-17,BJ-18 and M-00110 were chosen as experimental material to study the change of physiological index,such as membrane permeability,chlorophyl,proline and malonaldehyde (MDA) contents in the seedling of sweet sorghum under different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) stress. The results showed: the membrane permeability,chlorophyl,proline and malonaldehyde (MDA) contents in the seedling of sweet sorghum increased under the osmotic stress. There were lower increase extent in the BJ-18 and higher increase extent in the M-00110,BJ-17 was in the middle. It was showed the osmotic stress-tolerant ability was different in different variety of sweet sorghum. This study provides a basis for sweet sorghum planting and breeding with osmotic stress resistance.
