摘　　要：平推式门盖硫化罐是橡胶制品行业主要的生产设备。对平推式门盖硫化罐的开启门盖过程及其结构的受力状态等进行了仿真分析计算,得到了在罐内带少量余压的情况下开启门盖结构不会发生事故的原因以及保证安全使用的相关条件。对平推式门盖硫化罐的设计和使用具有重要意义。Flat -throw type head vulcanizer is the main production facility for rubber item vocation. The stress intensity of the series of flat - throw type head vulcanizers opening and closing with structural stress were analyzed. It was researched by method of simulation analyses and predigestion equivalent calcula- tion. The reason of no trouble in this structure, because opening the head of vulcanizer with little residual pressure. The results show that the correlated condition guaranting the structure in a safe state. It＇s of great significance in desining and using flat -throw type head vulcanizer.
