摘　　要：通过对各种罐笼门原理与结构的比较,设计了一种新型的自动罐笼门。总体方案采用外动力开门机构,能够适应400 mm钢丝绳伸长的变化;同时采用PLC控制,通过对传感器信号的分析,对系统本身的故障进行智能判断从而实现罐笼门的自动控制。The working principle and structures are compared in this article.A kind of new automatic cage door is designed from then.It using external force to open the door can adapt the 400 mm steel wire elongated change and uses the PLC control.It can intellectually diagnose kinds of faults and automatically control the cage door through analyzing all sensor signals.
