摘  要:采用采暖和空调度日数并结合现值系数的方法,建立了适合夏热冬冷地区墙体自保温体系生命周期成本分析的数学模型,以此模型分析了重庆地区2种常用自保温体系的生命周期成本。结果表明,与未采取保温节能措施相比,墙体自保温体系具有十分显著的综合经济效益,它对于推动我国夏热冬冷地区建筑节能发展具有重要的现实意义。The mathematical analysis model of life-cycle cost of self-insulation system of external wall that applicable to the hot summer and cold winter region is established by using degree days and present worth factor. And the life cycle cost of two commonly used self-insulation systems in Chongqing is analyzed by using this model. Analysis results have proven that self- insulation system of external wall has very significant comprehensive economic benefits compared with the wall that energy-saving measures are not taken,and it has an important practical significance to promotion of the development of energy-saving building in China's hot summer and cold winter region.
