完全旋后位小夹板固定治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察完全旋后位小夹板固定治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤的疗效。方法:将79例创伤性下尺桡关节损伤病人随机分为3组;手法整复后Ⅰ组(n=30)采用完全旋后位小夹板固定,Ⅱ组(n=23)采用中立位小夹板固定,Ⅲ组(n=26)采用旋后位石膏固定;并配合康复治疗。6个月后进行疗效评价。结果:Ⅰ组疗效优于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003,P=0.004)。结论:手法复位后完全旋后位小夹板固定治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of small splint fixation with the forearm in exceeding supination in the treatment of traumatic distal radioulnar joint injuries.Methods：79 patients sustained traumatic distal radioulnar joint injuries were randomly divided into 3 groups,all the cases were treated with manipulative reduction and rehabilitative care but different fixation.Group I：the forearms of 30 cases were fixed with small splint in exceeding supination after manipulative reduction;Group Ⅱ（n=23）：the forearms were fixed with small splint in neutral position;Group Ⅲ（n=26）：to fixed the forearms in supination with plaster cast.The evaluation of curative effect was carried out 6 months later.Results：The curative effect of the group I was superior to the other groups,there was significant difference（P=0.003,P=0.004）.Conclusion：To fixed the forearm in exceeding supination with small splint is effective in the treatment of traumatic distal radioulnar joint injuries.
