摘  要:本文介绍了有特色的聚合物浓度预测控制技术在丙烯腈聚合反应过程中的应用,采用质量指标的软测量技术,并应用估计模型与预测模型相分离的技术,最终实现聚合物浓度与聚合转化率的联合控制。现场运行结果表明本系统能平稳、及时、准确地控制聚合釜内温,明显改善产品的质量。The combined control of polymer concentration and polymerization conversion, using the method of linking the advanced technology about software instrument of quality index, the technology on severing predictive model from estimated model,and the technology of polymer concentration' s predictive control which is having distinguishing feature is presented. The result of testing ground shows that this system can control the temperature of polymerization caldron stably,exactly,and on time.The quality of products has been improved distinctly.
