摘　　要：介绍了"地沟油"的危害、江苏省环保部门在"地沟油"环境管理方面开展的工作,目前存在的问题、加强地沟油环境管理的建议等。The harm of hogwash oil and efforts of environmental management department of jiangsu were introduced in this paper.According to the existing problems,the countermeasures on how to enhance the environmental management of hogwash oil were suggested.
