摘　　要：从当前环保现场执法所面临的手段落后、执法尺度不一等实际问题出发,构建了一套依托于3G无线通信平台的移动执法系统。该系统采用先进的网络通讯技术,借助执法终端PDA手机,在执法现场实时查询环保动、静态的信息,录入打印检查笔录及执法表单,最终实现环保监察部门的统一执法,规范执法流程,提高执法效率。From the point of out-of-date method in on-site EP law enforcement and inconsistent law-enforcing measures,etc.,this article structures a mobile system used in law-enforcing activities based on 3G wireless communication platform.This system utilizes advanced network communication technologies,by using PDA mobile phones to enquire real-time dynamic/static information,to input and print inspection notes and law-enforcing form on law-enforcing site.This system finally realize consistent EP law-enforcing measures,standardized law-enforcing process and more efficient law-enforcement.
