摘 要:通过熔融共混工艺,制备了聚丙烯与橡胶、阻燃填料、顺酐化聚丙烯的共混物。研究了各组分对共混物力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,橡胶使共混物的拉伸强度下降,冲击强度增加;顺酐化聚丙烯使共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度明显提高;阻燃填料的加入使聚丙烯/丁苯橡胶(PP/SBR)共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度都降低。Mg(OH)_2经硅烷偶联剂处理后。Composite of polypropylene with rubber, flameretardant and maleatcd polypropylene( MPP) were prepared by melt-blending. The effects of different components on mechanical properties and flame-retarding properties of the composite were studied. The results showed that the rubber increased the toughness of the composite, but decreased its tensile strength. The maleated polypropylene enhanced markedly both the tensile strength and notched impact strength of the composite, while addition of flame-retardant decreased both the two strengths. Mg(OH)2 treated with silane coupling agent is the most effective among the three flame-retardants.
