塔里木裂腹鱼人工繁殖技术初步研究

摘　　要：利用从阿克苏河采捕的小个体亲鱼和从克孜尔水库采捕的大个体亲鱼,根据其性腺成熟度采用直接采卵或人工催产,然后进行人工授精、孵化和鱼苗培育。使用的30组亲鱼中有8组在捕捞时已经性成熟,直接采卵1.30×104粒;22组经人工催产,13尾雌鱼产卵,催产率59.1%,采卵1.18×105粒。累计采卵1.31×105粒,受精率为72%～85%;水温14～19℃时,4～5d出膜,累计出苗8.60×104尾,孵化率在65%～98%波动。初孵仔鱼全长7～8mm,6d后全长约10mm,开始平游,并开口摄食。In this study,the parent fish of Schizothorax biddulphi Günther were collected from the Aksu River and Kizil Reservoir.The fish were used for artificial hastening parturition,fertilization,hatching and fry breeding according to their sexual maturity.8 groups of the fish were mature when the fish were collected,and 1.30 × 104 eggs were directly obtained from them.22 groups of the fish were hastened for parturition,13 female fish spawned,and the hastening parturition rate was 59.1%.1.18 × 105 eggs were produced by the 22 groups of the fish.1.31 × 105 eggs were obtained finally,and the fertilizing rate varied in a range from 72% to 85%.Most oosperms hatched out of membrane after 4-5 days at water temperature of 14-19 ℃.8.60 × 104 fries were produced,and the hatching rate varied in a range from 65% to 98%.The newly-hatched fries began to swim and eat after 6 days.
