前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫剖宫产术35例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫对孕产妇的危害,提高对前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫的认识。方法对35例前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫孕妇(瘢痕组)与70例单纯前置胎盘孕妇(非瘢痕组)剖宫产术情况进行回顾性分析比较。结果瘢痕组剖宫产术中出血量明显多于非瘢痕组,P<0.05。结论前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫可明显增加孕产妇出血风险。Objective To improve the understanding of the placenta previa and uterus with scar by analyzing the harm to the placenta previa and uterus with scar to the pregnant women.Methods The datas of 35 cases with the placenta previa and uterus with scar（scar group） and 70 cases with only the placenta previa （non-scar group） were analyzed retrospectively.Rusults The amount of postoperative hemorrhage of those pregnant women in scar group was more than that in non-scar group obviously and there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The placenta previa and uterus with scar could increase the risk of maternal hemorrhage.
