摘　　要：该厂由于过磷酸钙扩产，化成室负荷增大而引起氟气外溢和切削器断轴事故。经采取加大主轴直径、加大排风机风量等措施后，故障不再发生，过磷酸钙生产能力稳定提高，环境污染得到有效控制。With the single superphosphate output expanded and den load accreted, silicon fluoride gas outward spillaged and troubles of cutter shaft occur. With a series of valid measures, the troubles no more happen. Production of SSP is steadily enhanced and environmental pollution gets controlled.\;
