摘 要:在pH=3.4的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,MXT与PSB形成离子缔合物,从而产生显著增强的共振瑞利散射(RRS)信号。MXT在0.005-10.0μg.mL^-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为4.7 ng.mL^-1,回收率为98.5%-101.1%,RSD为1.12%-2.80%,可用于血清和尿液中的MXT含量测定。据此建立了以滂胺天蓝(PSB)为光谱探针测定米托蒽醌(MXT)含量的共振瑞利散射方法,In a Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH=3.4),mitoxantrone(MXT) can interact with pontamine sky blue(PSB) to form an ion associate,which will give rise to greatly enhanced resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) signals.As revealed,the greatly enhanced RRS signals are in direct proportion to the concentration of MXT in the range of 0.005~10.0 μg·mL-1 and the corresponding limit of detection reaches 4.7 ng·mL-1,with the recoveries ranged between 98.5% and 101.1% and the RSD being a range of 1.12~2.80%.With this approach,the contents of MXT in some serum and urine samples can be determined satisfactorily.Based on the investigation mentioned above,a new RRS assay of MXT is proposed here by us in the presence of PSB as a spectroscopic probe.
