薤白胶囊联合辛伐他汀防治动脉粥样斑块的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察薤白胶囊(薤白)联合辛伐他汀防治动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效。方法:67例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的脑梗塞患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组单用辛伐他汀,治疗组运用辛伐他汀和薤白胶囊。分别观察第6、12、18个月后两组血脂、血黏度、动脉斑块的变化。结果:两组治疗后,胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血黏度均有所下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有所上升,粥样斑块减小,部分有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),部分指标组间对比也有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),尤以18个月为明显,治疗组斑块总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:薤白胶囊联合辛伐他汀可改善血脂、血黏度,以促进动脉粥样硬化斑块消退和减小,优于单纯辛伐他汀。AIM： To observe the clinical effect of Xiebai Capsule（ Bulbus allii macrostemonis） and Simvastatin on the treatment of atherosclerotic plaque. METHODS： Sixty seven cases with atherosclerotic plaque were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given basical treatment and Simvastatin. The treatment group was given basical treatment and Xiebai Capsule plus Simvastatin. During the course of the treatment for 6,12,18 months, we observed the changes in atherosclerosis plaque, lipid level and blood viscosity. RESULTS ： After treatment, the indicators in the treatment group were more better than those in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 85.7%, 71.9% respectively, there were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The combined treatment with Xiebai Capsule plus Simvastatin is an effective way in the treatment of atherosclerotic.
