摘  要:目的:研究不同浸泡条件下,半枝莲水提工艺中野黄芩苷含量的变化。方法:采用高效液相法,测定不同温度和浸泡时间下半枝莲水提液中野黄芩苷的含量;以野黄芩苷含量和时间作为变量进行进行动力学拟合并计算参数。结果:在20~60℃浸泡条件下,半枝莲水提液中野黄芩苷含量的变化呈降解特征,以30~40℃降解速度最快;而在70℃以上浸泡,半枝莲水提液中野黄芩苷含量保持不变,提取率较高。结论:半枝莲药材在浸泡的过程中,野黄芩苷存在酶降解反应;水提取时宜在70℃以上投料,可有效地提高野黄芩苷的提取率。AIM: To study the changes of scutellarin in Herba Seutellariae Barbara under different immersion conditions. METHODS: HPLC was adopted to detect the content of scutellarin in the water extraction of Herba Seutellariae Barbata immersed in different temperature and time;the scutellarin content and soaking time were selected as variats of dynamic equation and the kinetics parameters were calculated. RESULTS: Under the immersing conditions of from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃, the changes of scutellarin content significantly tended to degrad in the water extraction of Herba Seutellariae Barbata, and degradation rate was the fastest from 30 ℃ and 40 ℃ ; While the scutellarin content in water extraction remained unchanged and it had a higher extraction rate at the immersion temperature above 70℃. CONCLUSION: Scutellarin of Herba Seutellariae Barbata existes enzymatic degradation reaction in the process of immersion; it can effectively increase the extraction rate of scutellarin at the temperature above 70 ℃.
