摘  要:目的:通过研究三类不同工艺对参芪扶正方(党参、黄芪)中有效成分的纯化影响。方法:采用水提醇沉法、聚酰胺法和大孔树脂吸附法,以黄芪甲苷和芒柄花素含量为指标,采用高效液相紫外/蒸发光散射检测器联用技术进行测定和指纹分析。结果:以聚酰胺法有效成分含量最高,溶液颜色最浅,干固物明显低于另两种方法。结论:参芪水提液以聚酰胺纯化效果最佳,高效液相紫外联用蒸发光散射指纹图谱可有效评价参芪水提液的纯化效果。AIM : To study the purifying effect on the effective constitutents of Shenqi Fuzheng Prescription ( Radix condonopsis and Radix astragali) METHODS: Water extraction-alcohol precipitation, macroporous resin adsorption and polyamide adsorption were adopted. HPLC with ultraviolet/evaporative light scattering detector was used to analyze the contents of a stragaloside IV and formononetin. RESULTS: The experiments showed that the usage of polyamide adsorption could retain more of effective constitutents, contain lighter colour of injection solution and less of total extraetiver than that of two purifying methods. CONCLUSION : The water extract of Shenqi Injection has a optimum purification effect with polyamide adsorption. HPLC/UV/ ELSD can be applied to evaluating the process effectively.
