中国地区收入差距问题研究——基于八大经济区视角  

On the Interregional Income Differential in China——In View of China's Eight Economic Zones

摘　　要：基于八大经济区视角,运用泰尔指数测度方法对中国地区收入差距问题进行了研究,结果表明,区域间收入差距持续变动对中国地区收入差距变动影响巨大。进一步对中国区域间收入差距进行因素分解和测度,研究发现:1992—2007年,外商直接投资和出口的区域间差距最大,但外商直接投资的区域间差距下降趋势较为显著,出口的区域间差距总体变化不大。国内固定资产投资的区域间差距大体表现为先上升后下降的趋势。城镇居民消费的区域间差距略有下降,农村居民消费的区域间差距变化不大,政府消费的区域间差距大体呈上升趋势。在此基础上,就缓解我国地区收入差距问题提出了相关政策建议。Dividing the whole Chinese area into eight economic zones, the interregional income differential in China was studied via the measuring with Theil＇s index.The results revealed that the sustained change in interzonal income differential affects greatly the change in interregional income differential,where the latter means the income differential between subzonal or provincial/municipal areas.With the factor analysis and measurement made for the interzonal income differential in the period from 1992 to 2007,it was found that FDI（foreign direct investment） and exportation were the most evident influencing factors on interzonal income differential.However,the influence of FDI on income differential tended to decrease evidently,while the influence of exportation on income differential changed slightly as a whole.The interzonal differential in domestic investment in fixed assets tended to increase then decrease.The interzonal consumption differential between urban residents decreased slightly,while that between rural residents remained unchanged basically.Generally,the interzonal consumption differential between the governments at different levels tended to increase.Based on such an analysis,some relevant policies are suggested to alleviate the interregional income differential.
