八角场致密凝析气藏水平井二期井筒复合转向压裂工艺技术剖析

摘　　要：采用水平井开发低渗透气藏,具有明显的技术优势,创造一井压裂多采裂缝的条件,成为工程专业技术研究的热门。八角场致密凝析气藏尝试用首口水平井开采。二期第一阶段重复压裂6段,分批投堵塞球、暂堵部分孔眼,实现井筒自然转向作业;第二阶段分压8个新射开孔段,均实施桥塞井筒转向作业,并分批及时放喷排液。创多项国内外水平井压裂施工作业新纪录,技术特色倍受广泛关注,获得明显成效。通过对压裂工艺技术宏观剖析,确认裸眼水平井水力喷射——压裂联作将更高效技术途径新选向。The development of low permeability gas reservoir by using horizontal well has obvious technical advantages,and creates the conditions of more induced fracture in a well.Tight condensate gas reservoir of Bajiaochang was first produced by horizontal well,its operation steps:refracturing 6 sections in first stage,plugging balls were put into the formation to plug some holes to achieve well bore natural steering;the second phase,bridge plug well bore turning operation was actualized in 8 new perforated intervals,and released liquid in time.The new records of fracturing operations in horizontal well were obtained at home and abroad.Through the analysis of fracturing technology,the hydraulic jetting-fracturing joint operation is a high efficiency ways in barefoot horizontal well development.
