摘  要:水力喷射加砂压裂实现了射孔-压裂联作、施工周期短,成本低。工具一般由上扶正器、喷枪、下扶正器和单项阀组成。第一步水力喷砂射孔,流体经喷嘴(直径6~8mm)高速射流(速度大于126m/s),流体携带浓度为6%~8%磨料,射孔时间为10~20min,在地层中射流成缝;第二步射流继续进入射孔孔道中,并在孔眼内产生局部高压,起压成缝;裂缝形成后,继续向环空中泵入压裂流体,可获得较大的裂缝。2009年此项技术在中原油田成功应用13井次,施工针对性强,可任意定点,勿需封隔器,适用各种完井方式及固井质量差井况,在中原油田取得了工艺措施成功并获得了良好的效益。The hydrojet sand fracturing technology realized the perforation and fracturing continuous-running,short construction cycle and low cost.The tool is generally composed of the first centralizer,spray gun,the next centralizer,and the cone-way valve.The operation steps of the hydrojet sand fracturing are:the first step is hydrojet perforating with sand,the fluid entering the spray nozzle(diameter 6-8mm) and high speed jetting(the speed to be more than 126m/s),the density of the fluid carrying to be 6%-8% grinding compound,the perforation time to be 10-20min,the jet flow forming the seam in the stratum;The second step:the jet flow continues to enter into the passageway of perforation,and produces the partial high pressure in the perforation,then presses forming the seam.After the crack forms,continuing to pump the compression fracture fluid to the annular clearance,a big crack can be obtained.In 2009,this technology was applied successfully in 13 wells in Zhongyuan oilfield,it can fixed point at random,and does not need the packer,it is suitable for each way and the well situation of well completion well.
