摘 要:吐哈LKQ深层稠油油藏埋藏深,常规热采难以取得较好效果,注天然气吞吐采油可以有效降低地层原油黏度,补充地层能量,从而提高单井产量。由于储层胶结较弱,易出砂,天然气注入改变了近井地带流体特性和压力分布,通过理论分析与实验证实,天然气注入将会加剧砂岩剪切与拉伸破坏,降低临界出砂压力,加剧地层出砂,需要及早研究防砂应对措施。The burial depth of viscous crude reservoir is deeper in Tuha LKQ oilfield,it's hard to exploit with conventional thermal recovery.CNPC Tuha Oilfield Company has obtained primary success on developing ultra-deep heavy oil reservoirs with cyclic natural gas injection.Natural gas injection could effectively reduce viscosity and enhance fluidity of heavy oil in stratum.However,LKQ reservoir conglutination is poor,natural gas injection will enhance sand production.Through theoretical analysis and experiment,the results indicated that gas injection changed the fluid behavior and pressure distribution of immediate vicinity of wellbore,aggravated the shear damage and tension damage of rock,reduced the critical sanding pressure and enhanced the sand production rate.So,some sand controlling measures must be studied and be applied as early as possible.
