塔里木油田特殊螺纹接头油套管评价试验及应用研究

摘　　要：塔里木油田井况复杂,高温、高压、超深气井占很大比例,对油、套管使用性能有特殊要求,API螺纹接头油、套管难以满足使用条件,必须使用密封性能好、连接强度高的特殊螺纹接头油、套管。依据APIRP5C5-2003(ISO13679-2002)油、套管实物试验标准,油田应当依据自己的实际工况条件选择特殊螺纹接头油、套管应用等级,并提出补充试验条件;工厂应当依据油田要求的接头应用等级推荐自己的特殊螺纹接头油、套管;实验室应当依据用户和工厂商定的接头应用等级和附加试验要求对油、套管接头进行试验。油田应当依据评价试验结果和实际使用效果选择特殊螺纹接头油、套管品种,并制定严格的特殊螺纹接头油、套管订货和验收技术标准。There are many ultra-deep wells with high temperature,high pressure in Tarim oilfield,high performance of tubing and casing are required,so that tubing and casing with premium connection are needed because API tubing and casing are not satisfied to it.According to API RP 5C5-2003(ISO13679-2002)test procedure,oil field should decide connection application level of tubing and casing by actual service condition,manufacture should recommend premium connection in accordance with user requirement,and laboratory should do test thereunder the connection application level decided by user and manufacture.Oilfield should select premium connections according as test result and actual application result,and constitute strict technology specification for purchase and acceptance check.
