摘 要:文章通过分析钻井液引起储层损害的原因和钻井液-井壁界面的成膜机理及其保护油气层的原理,合成了新型纳米复合乳液成膜剂NFR-1。实验发现,含有成膜剂NFR-1的成膜钻井液体系滤失量、抑制性等性能均优于未加入成膜剂的基浆;应用压力传递原理,测定出成膜钻井液体系能在岩心表面形成的半透膜效率为68.2%,岩心的渗透率恢复率为83.2%,远高于未加入成膜剂的体系所对应的岩心的39.4%,不含成膜剂的基浆侵入深度大于45mm,而成膜钻井液侵入岩心的深度减少了66%,仅为15mm,说明水基成膜钻井液对地层的伤害不大,能有效保护油气层。Through analyzing the reservoir damage reasons caused by drilling fluid and research on film forming mechanism between the boundary of drilling fluid and borehole wall and its formation protecting mechanism,a new type of nano-composite emulsion as film forming agent(NFR-1) have been synthesized.The filter loss and rejection characteristic of film forming drilling fluid which containing the NFR-1 were much better than the one without NFR-1.The film forming efficiency of film forming drilling fluid was 68.2%,and its permeability could be recovered to 83.2%,much higher than 39.4% of the drilling fluid without film forming agent.The depth of invasion was 15mm for the film forming drilling fluid as the normal drilling fluid is deeper than 45mm.Through the experiments,the results showed that the water base film forming drilling fluid could protect the oil formation effectively.
