摘 要:石油的勘探开发不断地向深海、复杂地层、深井及超深井方向发展。随着井深的增加井温也迅速提高,钻遇地层情况也更加复杂。因此,对固井水泥浆外加剂的要求在不断提高。为此,介绍了以AMPS为主要单体的三元共聚物油井水泥高温降失水剂FL-3的设计、开发、性能评价及现场应用。该共聚物降失水剂分子结构中引入了大分子量侧基官能团和磺酸基团,使其具有良好的抗温抗盐性能。以FL-3为主剂配制的水泥浆体系具有失水量低、抗盐能力强、浆体稳定、水泥石强度高等特点。水泥浆体系在现场应用中取得了良好的效果,固井质量优质,有很好的应用前景。With the development of oil exploration,the demands to the cement Additive increase.This paper introduced a kind of copolymer fluid loss Additive which can be used in cement slurry.The copolymer was synthesized by AMPS and other monomers and was named as FL-3.The properties of the FL-3 were valuated.The high molecular weight lateral group and the sulfonic group were inducted into the FL-3,and they improved the salt resistancy and temperature-resisting property of the FL-3.The cement slurry mixed with FL-3 has excellent properties in fluid loss control,salt resistance,stability,high strength and so on.The field application results showed that the cement slurry system with FL-3 has good application prospects and the cementing quality is excellent.
