摘 要:分析了常用H2S祛除剂的优缺点,室内评价结果表明,无固相弱凝胶钻井液有一定的H2S吸收能力,但在H2S含量过高时效果不佳。新型液态络合物H2S祛除剂反应速度和祛除H2S效果均优于海绵铁等固体H2S祛除剂,除硫效率高,同时该剂与钻井完井液配伍性好,是国内钻完井液用H2S祛除剂的发展方向之一。Some advantages and disadvantages of regular H2S scavengers were analyzed,the absorbability of solid-free drilling fluid with weak acid gel to H2S was evaluated,the effect of liquid complex H2S scavengers was also introduced.The results showed that the solid-free drilling fluid with weak acid gel had certain absorbability to H2S,but when H2S content was high,the absorption effect was poor.Compared with solid H2S scavengers,liquid ferrous iron chelated scavenger had many advantages,such as fast reaction velocity,high sulphur removal efficacy,and good compatibleness with drilling & completion fluid.
