摘  要:分别对2个陆地棉组合百棉1号×TM-1和百棉1号×中棉所12的杂交F2代进行了主要农艺性状与皮棉产量的关系分析。结果表明:除主茎节间长度与皮棉产量在不同组合中表现出正负相关的明显差异外,其他性状与皮棉产量均呈显著或极显著正相关。2个组合中,株高、总果节数、有效果枝数、单株铃数、铃重、衣分与皮棉产量的相关系数、偏相关系数、直接通径系数均为正值,对这些性状直接选择是有效的;总果枝数、主茎节间长度与皮棉产量的偏相关系数和直接通径系数虽均为负值,但总果枝数可通过单株铃数对皮棉产量起较大促进作用,主茎节间长度可通过单株铃数或株高对皮棉产量起较大促进作用。经回归分析,不同组合单株铃数、铃重和衣分均对皮棉产量有正向显著影响,主茎节间长度、总果节数和总果枝数对皮棉产量的正向影响因不同组合存在差异,进一步明确了棉花产量育种的主攻方向。The results from analyzing the relationship between lint yield and main agronomic characters in F2 generation of two upland cotton cross combinations(Baimian 1×TM-1 and Baimian 1×Zhongmiansuo 12) showed that there were significant or very significant positive correlation between lint yield and main agronomic characters except for stem internodal length,the correlation coefficient,partial correlation coefficient and direct path coefficient between plant height,total fruit nodes,effective fruit branches,bolls per plant,boll weight,lint percentage and lint yield were all positive,which indicated that the direct selection of these characters was effective.The partial correlation coefficient and direct path coefficient of total fruit braches,stem internodal length and lint yield both were negative but total fruit braches had the promoting effect on lint yield by means of bolls per branch,and stem internodal length had the promoting effect on lint yield by means of bolls per plant and plant height.The regression analysis showed that the bolls per plant,boll weight and lint percentage all had significant positive effect on lint yield in two cross combinations,and there were difference in the positive effect of stem internodal length,total fruit nodes and total fruit branches on lint yield between two cross combinations.The experiment result can provide reference for yield breeding of cotton.
