紫秋刺葡萄离体繁殖研究初报

摘　　要：为解决紫秋葡萄苗木的快速繁殖问题,采用紫秋刺葡萄单芽茎段,研究了不同消毒剂类型、激素组合、培养基类型等对紫秋刺葡萄离体繁殖的影响。结果表明,在半无菌处理前提下,以0.1%的升汞处理3 min消毒效果最佳;筛选出最合适的芽诱导培养基为1/2 MS+1.5 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L IBA;芽增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.5 mg/L IBA;生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA。The stem sections with a bud of Ziqiu spine grape variety were cultured on different medium with different hormone combinations and disinfectants to study the effect on its propagation to solve the rapid propagation problem.The results showed that 0.1% HgCl2 treatment for 3 min had the best sterilizing effect and the optimum medium for bud induction,bud propagation and rooting were 1/2MS＋1.5mg/L BA＋0.1mg/L IBA,MS＋1.0mg/L BA＋0.5mg/L IBA and 1/2MS＋0.5mg/L NAA respectively.
