摘  要:为探求山东境内常见苔藓物种的化感效应及作用水平,采用培养试验方法研究了泛生丝瓜藓(Pohlia cruda)、黄牛毛藓(Ditrichum pallidum)、长肋青藓(Brachythecium populeum)等3种苔藓植物水提液对小麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明:3种藓类植物水提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长均产生不同程度的影响。泛生丝瓜藓水提液对小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势及幼苗生长等均表现出较强的促进作用,长肋青藓及黄牛毛藓对小麦种子萌发与幼苗生长均表现出显著的抑制效应。The effect of three water-extractions of Pohlia cruda,Ditrichum pallidum and Brachythecium populeum on seed germination of wheat was studied to probe the allelopathy and its level of common moss species in Shandong province.The results showed that three water extractions had varying degrees of effects on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,the water-extraction of Pohlia cruda had stronger promotion effect on germination rate,germination vigor and seedling growth of wheat,and the Ditrichum pallidum and Brachythecium populeum water-extractions had obvious inhibition effect on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.
