摘 要:为了解植食性昆虫的寄主选择行为及其机制,采用嗅觉仪和叶碟法测定了西花蓟马对4种豆科蔬菜寄主植物的选择性。Y-型嗅觉仪法测定结果表明,与干净空气相比,西花蓟马对4种豆科蔬菜都表现出较强的趋性,但4种豆科蔬菜寄主植物之间的趋性差异不显著;培养皿法测定结果表明,在30头/次和50头/次西花蓟马2个密度下,西花蓟马在4种豆科蔬菜寄主植物叶片上的着虫率有明显差异,且均为在四季豆上的着虫率最高,在蚕豆上的着虫率较低。The host selectivity of Frankliniella occidentalis to four leguminous vegetables was determined by olfactometer and petri-dish method to know the host selection habit and mechanism of plant-feed insect.The results showed that Frankliniella occidentalis showed strong taxis to four tested leguminous vegetables compared with clean air but there was no significant difference in the taxis among four leguminous vegetables,there was obvious difference in number of insect on leaves among four leguminous vegetables under 30 insects per time and 50 insects per time densities,and the number of insect on Phaseolus vulgari was the highest and the number of insect on Vicia faba was the lowest in four leguminous vegetables.
