河北山区生态林业发展的问题与对策

摘　　要：发展山区生态林业是河北省生态环境保护和国土整治的首要任务,是实现山区农民增收、促进山区农村经济发展的有效途径。结合河北省山区生态林业发展现状,从建设资金、管理规划、技术支持等方面分析了生态林业发展中存在的问题,进而指出生态林业发展的制约因素,并提出了相应的对策建议。Developing ecological forestry is the primary task in ecological environmental protection and land consolidation,and an effective path to increase farmers＇ income and promote rural economic development in mountainous areas of Hebei province.The paper analyzes the problems in ecological forestry development from aspects of construction funds,management planning and technical support based on the current situation of ecological forestry development,points out the factors＇ of restricting ecological forestry development and proposes the corresponding countermeasures in mountainous areas of Hebei province.
