摘 要:高速铁路快速发展对无缝线路质量的要求越来越高,对线路平直度的要求越来越严格,如何管理大量繁琐的平直度数据成为了无缝线路平直度测量后的一个重要课题。传统方法依靠人工记录和后期评判加以管理,其工作量大、效率低。基于可视化开发工具Visual Basic6.0中文企业版,以《钢轨焊接》(TB/T1632.1-2005)为标准,设计开发了钢轨焊接接头平直度数据库管理系统。该系统能实现对钢轨焊接接头平直度的综合评判,能够对不同焊接方法、不同运行速度、不同焊接工况情况下的焊接接头平直度进行对比,能够生成平直度评判的综合报表,减少了人工记录及分析的工作量,提高了平直度数据分析的效率。经多次调试表明,该系统运行可靠,具有较强的应用价值和市场价值。With the development of the high-speed railway,the seamless rail requires the higher quality of the weld joint and the more strict flatness of the rail Joints.It's very important to find a way to manage and process the numerous flatness-datas that obtained from the quality measuremt.The conventional way is to record and analysis those datas by trained manpower,which results in the tremendous inefficiently work.Therefore,in accordance with standard of the Railway welding TB/T1632.1-2005,the paper designed the flatness database management system of rail welded joints.This system can realize the synthetized analysis of the flatness datas,and tell which one is the best from different welding methods,vehicular transport speed and welding conditions,and generate automatically the report eventualy.It greatly reduce manual work and improve the efficiency of data analysis.The experiments have proved this system could work reliability and It would be applied in the market in the future.
