摘　　要：在铜箔漆包线的点焊中,选取合适的焊接电极和焊接能量进行精密控制非常重要。采用特殊的回路结构电极,使用精密逆变焊接电源输出三段脉冲电流进行铜箔漆包线的焊接实验。通过对焊接工艺参数进行精密控制,实现了铜箔漆包线的单面直接焊接。实际焊接结果表明,逆变电源可以对焊接能量进行精密控制以适应铜箔漆包线的焊接需要。In spot welding of enameled wire to copper foil,selecting the appropriate welding electrodes and controlling the welding energy precisely are very important.In this paper,a special loop structure electrode is used.Three-stage pulse current is exported by the sophisticated inverter welding power supply to do one-side welding experiment.Through precise control of welding process parameters,one-side welding enameled wire to copper foil is realized.The actual welding results showed that inverted welding power supply can control the welding energy precisely to meet the needs of copper and enameled wire welding.
