阿维菌素长效缓释油胶防治绵羊疥癣病和虱病效果观察

摘　　要：分别用螨净药浴和阿维菌素长效缓释油胶注射对3个乡不同羊群进行了疥癣病、虱病的防治试验。用药后100d统计表明,阿维菌素长效缓释油胶防治组防治效果非常明显,无论是疥癣还是虱病,均得到有效控制。而药浴组两种外寄生虫的感染率均在10%以上,对照组疥癣和虱病感染率则分别为50.8%和39.8%。阿维菌素长效缓释油胶注射防治绵羊外寄生虫病不仅效果好,持续有效期长,而且不污染草场和水源,不受冬季寒冷气候的影响。Trials of sheep scabies and lousiness prevention were conducted with medicated bath containing diazinon and avermectin sustainable-release oil-gum injection.Effectiveness of avermectin sustainable-release oil-gum injection group was noticeable in sheep scabies and lousiness prevention after 100 days treatment checking.Infection rate in medicated bath group was over 10% for both diseases,while in control group sheep scabies and lousiness infection rate was 50.8% and 39.8% respectively.Prevention of sheep external parasites with avermectin sustainable-release oil-gum had not only good therapeutic effect and prolonged action but no pollution to grassland and water resources,and no influence of cold weather to the treatment.
