摘　　要：文章综述了不相溶液体的性质和应用。一些关于不相溶液体在微尺度下的流动行为的研究表明,由于液体之间不同的黏度、密度和界面自由能,这种不相溶液体的流动行为不同于具有相似或相同性质的液体,因此在生物医学和化学工业中有着不可替代的作用。The paper discussed the properties and application of immiscible liquids. Few studies on the flow behavior of immiscible liquids at the microscale show that owing to the different viscosities, densities, and interfacial free energies between liquids, the flow behavior of immiscible liquids was observed to be different from liquids of the same or similar nature, playing an irreplaceable role in the biomedical and chemical industries.
