基于媒介丰度的合作创新中知识转移媒介引发知识产权风险研究

摘　　要：合作创新中知识转移媒介选取不当是引发知识产权风险的原因之一.基于媒介丰度理论,分析知识转移媒介引发知识产权风险的机理,认为知识转移媒介是诱因,合作企业行为是直接动因,而知识属性和合作情境起重要调节作用;从反馈能力、多重暗示性、语言多变性和个体关注性四个方面阐述知识转移媒介引发知识产权风险的形式,发现相同的知识产权风险可能由不同的媒介属性引发,因此媒介属性分析对防范知识产权风险非常重要.最后基于知识转移媒介引发知识产权风险的机理,从转移媒介、合作伙伴、知识属性和伙伴关系四个角度提出了风险防范的管理启示.Inappropriate selection of knowledge transfer media is a risk source of knowledge intellectual property in collaborative innovation. Based on the theory of media richness, it firstly analyzes the mechanism of knowledge transfer media incurring knowledge intellectual property risk. It finds out that knowledge transfer media are inducement, and the behaviors of cooperative firms arc direct cause of intellectual property risk, and knowledge attributes and collaborative context moderate the relationship. Then, it analyzes the forms of intellectual property risks in detail from the perspectives of feedback, multiple cues, language variety, and personal focus. It points out that the same intellectual property risk may be caused by different media attributes. So it is important for firms to analyze media attributes in order to prevent in- tellectual property risks. Finally, based on the mechanism of knowledge transfer media incurring knowledge intellectual property risk, it puts forward management enlightenments of risk prevention from four aspects including transfer media, partner, knowledge attributes and partner relationship.
