催化剂LV-23 BC在蜡油催化裂化装置上的工业应用

摘　　要：在100万t/a蜡油催化裂化装置上进行了催化剂LV-23 BC的工业应用试验。结果表明,在原料和主要操作条件基本不变的情况下,产品干气收率下降了0.83个百分点,焦炭收率下降了1.24个百分点,汽油收率下降了3.02个百分点,液化气收率提高了0.85个百分点,柴油收率提高了4.24个百分点,液收提高了2.07个百分点;LV-23 BC中铁、镍等金属含量较低,且对产品柴油、干气、液化气等质量无不良影响。The industrial application of catalyst LV-23 BC was conduced in a 1.0Mt/a wax oil catalytic cracking unit.The results showed that with the same raw material and under the similar operation condition,the yield of dry gas was reduced by 0.83 percent points,of coke 1.24 percent points,of gasoline 3.02 percent points,while the yield of liquefied petroleum gas was increased by 0.85 percent points,of diesel oil 4.24 percent points,of liquid 2.07 percent points;the content of metal such as iron,nickel in catalyst LV-23 BC was little and the catalyst had no bad effect on the quality of diesel oil,dry gas and liquefied petroleum gas.
