摘　　要：温州市西向排洪工程是温州市高水高排、近水近排的主要排洪工程,排洪工程包括排洪大河、排洪隧洞及排洪水闸,排洪河道总长度5.3 km,排洪流量350 m3/s.为保证安全排洪,避免河道断面形式单一,同时考虑防洪同生态相结合,排洪河道断面设计时根据不同地段、不同功能采用了四种断面形式.Wenzhou Xiangxi Discharging Project is the main flood carrying engineering in Wenzhou,including flood discharging watercourse,flood-relief gate,spillway tunnel,and the total length of river water is 5.3 km with the flow of 530 m^3/s.To ensure the discharging safety,the four different section designs are adopted based on the different function and areas in terms of the harmony of flood control and environmental ecology.
