复合乳化剂对乳化炸药贮存稳定性分析

摘　　要：影响乳化炸药贮存期的因素很多,而乳化剂是其中最主要的因素之一。试验中采用了复合型乳化剂,对比试验表明,STL复合乳化剂克服了单一乳化剂的不足,具有良好的乳化作用;生产工艺与使用安全可靠,乳化炸药的贮存稳定性明显改善。There are many factors influencing the emulsion explosives storage valid time,and the emulsifying agent is one of the most important factors.A composite emulsifier was applied in the experiment.Contrast experiments show that the STL compound emulsifier overcomes the deficiency of single emulsifier,which has good emulsification effect.It is safe enough in the process of production and application,and the storage stability of emulsion explosives is improved obviously.
