低温甲醇洗脱碳塔系统模拟与改造方案的研究

摘　　要：阐述低温甲醇洗脱碳塔系统在焦炉气合成氨的工艺流程中气体净化工段的应用以及改造方案的研究。改造后的流程在原脱碳工艺基础上增加了脱碳塔的塔底循环,即脱碳塔塔底液相部分经氨冷器冷却后重新进入脱碳塔下塔再吸收CO2,提高了系统CO2在甲醇溶液中的饱和度。本文用通用流程模拟软件对脱碳塔系统进行了模拟分析,解决了实际生产中冷量不足的问题,并使生产达到了满负荷。The application and study on the retrofit scheme of decarburization tower system to Rectisol Process in the gas purification section of the process from coke oven gas to ammonia are described.The retrofitted process,based on the original de-C process,has added a de-C tower bottom circulation,i.e.the liquid phase from the tower bottom,being cooled down in ammonia cooler,re-enters the lower portion of de-C tower for re-absorption of CO2 to have the CO2 saturation in methanol solution.A simulated analysis using general-purpose process simulation software of de-C tower system is carried out and the problem of insufficient refrigeration capacity in actual production is solved to bring the production to be at a full load.
