摘  要:目的测定无特异病原NIH小鼠脏器重量和脏器系数。方法分别称量无特异病原NIH小鼠体重和11种脏器重量,计算脏器系数,用统计学方法分析比较。结果无特异病原NIH雌、雄小鼠间脏器重量、脏器系数差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论性别因素对无特异病原NIH小鼠脏器重量、脏器系数有显著影响。Objective To measure the main organ weight and organ coefficient of specific pathogen free (SPF) NIH mice. Methods The body weight of 240 SPF NIH mice ( male = 120,female = 120) and the weight of eleven organs of these mice were weighed,respectively,and then each organ coefficient was calculated. The organ weight and organ coefficient of male and female mice were analyzed and compared statistically. Results The organ weight and organ coefficient was significant different ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05) between male and female SPF NIH mice. Conclusion Gender can influence significantly the organ weight and organ coefficient of SPF NIH mice.
