摘　　要：通过对某220 kVⅠ、Ⅱ母线(21、22)电容型电压互感器(CVT)的故障分析,总结出设备运行管理、设备缺陷管理及设备故障查找的经验和教训,同时提出了对应的防范改进措施。In this article,along with the failure analysis of the 220 kV Ⅰ、Ⅱ bus （21,22） capacitive- type voltage transformer （CVT）,we sum up the experiences and lessons in equipment operation management, equipment defect management, and equipment defect seeking, and put forward the corresponding preventive measures for improvement.
