新型纺织浆料及其上浆织物退浆的要点

摘　　要：介绍了常用浆料,特别是乳液聚丙烯酸浆料、聚酯浆料、干法变性和深度变性淀粉以及瓜尔胶等新型浆料的特点,提出了对这些浆料退浆的要点,指出研究开发新型纺织浆料时应该首先考虑浆料的可退性,而印染企业在制定含新型浆料坯布的退浆工艺之前应该进行先锋实验。A review is given to the characteristics of desizing of such new sizes as emulsive polyacrylate size, polyester size, dry modified and in-depth starches as well as guar gum, along with key points of desizing of these sizes. It makes it clear that when developing new type warp sizes, it is of top consideration to take into account of the desizing capacity of these sizes. The dying enterprises are required to conduct an initial test prior to formulating desizing technique of fabrics.
