摘　　要：提出了新型移动消防通信指挥车系统的研究设计与开发方法。此消防移动通信指挥系统采用无线移动流媒体传输设备与单兵、支队级指挥车、中队级指挥车和指挥中心之间构成临时局域网络,能快速、及时、准确地收集到现场数据、实时语音、图像信息,通过多种方式接入与指挥中心进行高效地信息传输,实施灵活机动的指挥。支队级指挥车可向现场指挥人员提供所需实时的图像、视频、语音、数据等决策信息,实现现场的应急指挥功能。中队级指挥车将无线移动通信网络、本地视频监控和计算机网络有机地融合为一个整体。该系统技术先进,传输能力强。A new mobile fire command vehicle communication systems research and development methods was proposed.The new detachment and squadron command vehicle design method was developed in details.In the mobile fire command system,the wireless mobile communication and streaming media transmission technical and equipment was used to ensure the rapid and effective communication between the individual soldier,the detachment level command vehicles,squadron level command vehicles and command centers by constituting a temporary network,so that the scene data,real-time voice,image information can be accessed by a variety of ways of communicating with the command center efficiently,ensure the implementation of flexible command.The detachment level command vehicles give the real-time imagine,video,voice and data to command on the spot.Squadron level command vehicles united the wireless communication network and local video inspection and computer network.The system is advanced and is good at transmitting.
