摘　　要：安徽省的农村法制建设还不够健全,部分与农村、农业与农民有关的立法、执法状况和当下开展新农村建设等现实要求还不相适应。应提高农民积极参与的意识、充分保障农民的参与权利,使农村法制建设得以稳健发展,这是有效推进安徽省的新农村建设与构建和谐社会的重要保证。The legal system construction in rural areas of Anhui Province is far from sound.Some related legislatures that concerned with peasants,rural areas and agriculture are out of proportion to the realistic demands of the construction of new countryside.Therefore,raising peasants＇ awareness of participation,fully protecting their rights and thus fostering the legal system construction in a sound way,will guarantee the construction of new countryside,as well as the construction of the harmonious society in Anhui Province.
