摘　　要：推剧艺术演出团体由县级剧团和民营剧团组成。前者功能重在提高,后者功能重在普及,各有千秋,缺一不可。尤其后者,需要加强对他们的重视和研究。在多年体验生活、深入实际调研基础上,通过对众多民营剧团生存状况的调查报告,展示他们的生活、工作、思想及精神。在此基础上,阐述他们对推剧传承的重要作用,进而设计出对民营剧团的保护措施。Members of Tui drama art performance are made up with country troupe and civilian deal in troupe.The former is for improvement,while the latter＇s function is for dissemination.They have their own advantage so that both of them should coexist.And the latter should be paid more attention and research.The paper is based on many years life experience and thorough fact research.Due to investigation of the complexion of many civilian deal in troupe and their life,work and idea as well as spirit,the paper can illustrate the importance of inheriting Tui Drama as well as some protective methods.
