摘　　要：英国的电力产业进行分拆式改革后,网络型产业的网络融合打破了局部垄断的局面,促进了发电市场和售电市场的竞争,同时也促进了与其他网络型公用事业商业活动的整合,为电力市场的全面竞争打下了基础。英国电力产业促进网络融合的经验对中国电力产业的进一步改革有着重要的借鉴意义。The object of the electric industry reform is to break monopoly and promote competition,but the division mode in the electric power industry is easy to form business segmentation and region segmentation.Network convergence in network-oriented industries breaks the local monopoly and promotes the competition in power generation market and retail electric market after the division mode reform in Britain.It also promotes the business activities to integrate between power industry and other network-oriented industries.It is of great significance for Chinese electric power industry to learn from British industry.
