摘　　要：运用文献法、调查法、逻辑分析法概述了实用体操在我国的发展轨迹,初步探讨了实用体操的基本概念与特点,同时针对各级各类学校实用体操教学现状,提出了实用体操的教学原则及实用体操教学内容选编的依据,为各级各类学校实用体操教学的组织与实施提供参考。By document analysis,investigation method and logical analysis,this paper briefly describes practical gymnastics’ development in China,discusses practical gymnastics’ basic concept and characteristics,and,aimed at the present conditions of practical gymnastics’ teaching in all types of schools at all levels,presents its teaching principles and basis for the selection of its teaching content,so as to provide reference for organizing and implementing practical gymnastics teaching in all types of schools at all levels.
