防控工程建设领域职务犯罪方法探析

摘　　要：针对政府在工程全生命期各阶段审批、监管环节,应用全生命期管理理论和PDCA循环原理,从主动控制和被动控制两个层面提出构建全生命期动态防控工程建设领域腐败及职务犯罪的方法体系。According to the stages of approval,supervision in the whole life cycle of engineering that the Government takes part in,this paper applies principles of whole life cycle and PDCA cycle,and,from the aspects of active control and passive control,proposes a method system to dynamically prevent and control corruption and duty crimes during the whole life cycle of engineering construction.
