摘  要:职业教育强调校企合作、工学结合,高职课程改革日益受到重视,它也是高职人才培养模式改革的核心。要实现这一培养模式,其核心是进行课程改革。文章分析了基于工作过程化课程理念的理论基础,提出了基于工作过程系统课程开发流程和方法,并进行了初步应用。课程开发主要涉课程内容的选择和课程内容的排序,职业教育立足于行动体系,更多地关注的是过程性的知识。对"工作过程导向"课程改革的理论探索,对建立适合我国国情的课程改革模式有积极的借鉴意义。Vocational education emphasizes the school-enterprise cooperation, work-integrated learning. Curriculum reform in higher vocational college is paid more and more attention and also it is the core of the talents training mode reform in higher vocational colleges. To achieve this training mode, its core is the curriculum reform. This paper analyzes the theoretical theories of the curriculum concept based on working process, puts forward the developing process and methods and carries out the preliminary application. Curriculum development mainly involves the selection of the course content and the sort of the curriculum content. Professional education bases on action system and pays more attention to the procedural knowledge. The theoretical exploration of "work process oriented" reform has positive significance to build the curriculum reform mode which is suitable for China's national conditions.
