摘  要:介绍了某厂一台330MW汽轮发电机组在A修后,机组发生突发性的振动。经过对振动分析判断,排除了自激振动、转子转动部件飞落等可能,认为中-低靠背轮发生移位是产生振动的根本原因,为此通过更换靠背轮螺栓、靠背轮重新绞孔等措施后,机组突发性振动获得彻底解决。The aim of this paper is to give analysis and diagnosis about the emergent vibration of a 330MW turbo-generator unit after A overhaul.After analysis and judgment,the possibilities of rotor dynamics instability and the flying-off of shaft coupling or rotating components were excluded.It was found that the matter lay in the displacement of shaft coupling.After examination and processing,the emergent vibration was eliminated thoroughly.
